At ozerkbilgisayar Apparel Technologies, we are seeking a talented customer service representative for a six-month contract with the potential to be hired on permanently. Your day-to-day life will consist of speaking with our customers, educating them on our products, and assisting with any issues that may arise. Must be tech-savvy, have excellent communication skills, and be a willing learner.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer emails, chats, and phone calls regarding order status, product issues, warranty claims, service questions, and general inquiries.
• Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction.
• Enter orders to fulfill approved claims or assist with end-user orders.
• Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
• Impact the company’s bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
• Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers in every situation
• Must be available to work occasional holidays
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with ticketing systems and call centers
• Computer literate and competent with business software such as Excel, Google Docs, and Outlook

Required Education and Experience

• Fluent in English
• Two (2) years of related experience, preferably in an office setting or call center
• Professional working proficiency in French preferred
• General knowledge of the apparel industry preferred
• General knowledge of the battery industry preferred
